1. Collection
   We only collect data that is necessary for the provision of our services. This includes personal data that you provide when registering or purchasing services through our website.

2. Use of Data
   Your data will only be used for the performance of our services, communication with you, and improvement of our website. We only share your data with parties that help us provide our services (such as hosting, CRM and e-mail) and who have a processing agreement with us for this purpose, or if we are required to do so by law.

3. Security
   The Vakantie Festival takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.

4. Your Rights
   You have the right to view, correct, delete, or object to the use of your data. Please contact us via info@vakantiefestival.com.

5. Online signing of quotations (exhibitors)
   Exhibitors can accept and sign an offer for participation in the Holiday Festival online via offerte.vakantiefestival.com. In doing so, we record the following data: name and position of the signatory, e-mail address, any Chamber of Commerce or registration number, the signature as an image, date and time of signing, IP address and browser data, and check digits (hashes) of the quotation and the general terms and conditions.

   Goal. Proof of the conclusion of the participation agreement and of the authority of the signatory, and protection of the signing page against misuse.

   Basis. Legitimate interest (evidence and fraud prevention) and, where applicable, the performance of the contract.

   Retention period. Seven years after the end of the year in which the event took place, in connection with the tax retention obligation; longer than necessary for an ongoing dispute.

   Recipients. Our hosting party, our CRM system (Monday.com) and our e-mail provider. Processing agreements have been concluded with these parties. Insofar as data is processed outside the European Economic Area, this is done on the basis of the applicable safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses).
