The Holiday Festival can once again welcome a specialist: GoAfrica.nl of owner Ingrid Gorter will join the first edition in the spring of 2026 in the Brabanthallen in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. GoAfrica.nl specializes in tailor-made safaris and tours to various African destinations and is known for her personal approach and passion for the continent.
Why does Ingrid Gorter, owner of GoAfrica.nl, choose the new Holiday Festival in 2026? “I like to get off the beaten track. How cool is it then, that the Netherlands gets a travel grant that thinks exactly the same. We live in turbulent times in which flexibility and creativity are important to be able to move towards a new and better future. The travel industry is also in full swing. For example, today’s traveler wants to know exactly what to expect and has a lot of questions.”
“Especially for this first Holiday Festival, our specialists from Kenya, Uganda and Madagascar are flying to the Netherlands. This way the visitors can discuss all their questions and wishes one-on-one with our colleagues from Africa. After all, it is these specialists who will soon carry out their dream trip in the country in question. In addition, they provide more jobs for the local population and support many sustainable projects. On GoAfrica.nl are the nine countries that we can tell you all about. In 2026, another new travel destination will be added: Malawi.”
