The Association of Small-Scale Travel Organizations (VvKR) will be present with a group of its members at the Holiday Festival next year, which will take place from 5 to 7 February 2026 in the Brabanthallen in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. On a specially designed VvKR square, various small-scale travel organizations present themselves together to the public. Visitors can get acquainted with a wide range of unique, tailor-made trips where personal attention, authenticity and experience are central.
Kim Nooyens (chairman of VvKR, explains): “Our members stand for paying attention: personal, sustainable and far away from mass tourism. The Holiday Festival offers us the chance to share those stories directly with travelers looking for meaningful experiences. Together we show how rich small-scale travel can be.”
Among the participating organizations are Sable Tours, Cuba4all, Let’s Go Guatemala, African Travels, Inezia Tours, Reisbrigade, Mavi Travel, Active in the Czech Republic, Dades Reizen, Travelmood, Travel Happiness and Rondreis op Maat.
Frits Kuijper (co-founder of the Holiday Festival) emphasizes the power of this collaboration: “With the VvKR and their members, we bring in enormous diversity and passion. From Latin America to Africa and from nature expeditions to cultural tours, it is precisely these small-scale specialists who make the magic of travel tangible for our visitors.”
