The customer experience expert maps out both visitor satisfaction and the satisfaction of participants during the festival. This is done through interviews, measurements and analyses, with the aim of continuing to improve based on insights.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Arjen van Hijum, managing director of Excap: &#8220;The Vakantie Festival is an ambitious initiative that opts for quality from day one. We strongly believe in listening to visitors and partners. By structurally measuring experience, together we ensure an event that gets better year after year. We are proud to be able to contribute to this as a knowledge partner.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The collaboration with Excap underlines the long-term vision of the Vakantie Festival, in which the event must not only be inspiring and innovative, but also strong and well organized in terms of content.<\/p>\n<p>T.J. van Apeldoorn, co-founder of the Vakantie Festival: &#8220;From the first edition, we not only want to create a great festival, but also really know what is going on with visitors and participants. By working together with Excap, we ensure that we can build on data, insights and concrete feedback. Quality comes first, and we can only achieve that by listening carefully.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Co-founder Frits Kuijper emphasizes the importance of the collaboration: &#8220;If you want to create an event that is permanently relevant, you have to dare to measure and learn. With Excap, we are bringing the right partner on board for this. They have extensive experience in measuring customer experience, also in the leisure sector.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/vakantiefestival.com\/en\/contact\/\">Vakantie Festival<\/a> will take place in the spring of 2026 in the Brabanthallen in &#8216;s-Hertogenbosch.
