Yan Travel opens the doors to Armenia and Georgia at the Holiday Festival

From 5 to 7 February 2026, the Brabanthallen in ‘s-Hertogenbosch will be the setting for the very first edition of the Holiday Festival, the new travel lifestyle event in the Netherlands where destinations, travel organizations and travel lifestyle brands come together in an inspiring festival atmosphere full of experience, advice and entertainment.

One of the participants is Yan Travel, specialist in travel to Armenia and Georgia, two countries where culture, history and hospitality are deeply embedded in everyday life.
In-depth journeys to the Caucasus

Yan Travel focuses entirely on Armenia and Georgia and offers travelers the opportunity to discover these regions in a personal and substantive way. The offer consists of group trips, individual tailor-made trips and theme trips, such as singing trips for choir groups, in which music, culture and meeting are central. Because of this variation, Yan Travel appeals to both individual travelers and groups looking for depth and connection.
The trips are carefully put together with attention to local culture, traditions and local life. From ancient monasteries and mountain landscapes to winemaking traditions and encounters with local communities, Yan Travel shows how Armenia and Georgia lend themselves to trips beyond the familiar picture.

During the Holiday Festival, Yan Travel will talk to visitors about the different forms of travel and show how a trip to the Caucasus can be tailored to interests, travel purpose and group composition. This gives visitors a clear picture of the possibilities, whether they want to travel individually or together with a group. “Travel only gets real value when you get to know a destination from the inside,” says Margarita Vardanian of Yan Travel. ‘Armenia and Georgia are countries with rich souls. At the Holiday Festival, we show how group travel, theme trips and individual trips can lead to deep connection and lasting memories.’

According to Frits Kuijper, creative director of the Holiday Festival, Armenia and Georgia add a special dimension to the festival. ‘Yan Travel brings destinations that are not yet self-evident, but have all the more to tell. The way in which they build up journeys, with room for their own interpretation and meaningful encounters, fits perfectly with the character of our festival.’ T.J. van Apeldoorn, strategic director of the Holiday Festival, also sees Yan Travel’s participation as a substantive enrichment. “With Yan Travel, we are adding a specialist who brings depth and authenticity. Their focus on Armenia and Georgia and the variety in travel forms underline our ambition to offer a broad and inspiring platform for travellers who want to look further.’

The Holiday Festival will take place from 5 to 7 February 2026 and brings together destinations, travel companies and travel lifestyle brands in an inspiring festival atmosphere full of experience, advice and entertainment.
