The ticket is not name-related. However, the ticket is linked to an e-mail address, any information after the Holiday Festival will be sent to that e-mail address.
No, food for children is not included in the ticket.
Children up to 9 years old are free, but a valid ID must be brought with you. From the age of 10, the normal prices apply.
No need to print. After your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket as a PDF. You can print this ticket, but you can just as well show it on your phone — the barcode will just be scanned from your screen. You can also save your ticket to your phone’s wallet so that you have it immediately at hand at the entrance.
Tip: Set the brightness of your screen to maximum and make sure your phone has enough battery. Do you prefer to print, right? Then do this on white A4, so that the barcode remains legible.
